Kap'n Skabend is a Goblin Pirate Captain. [1a]
He leads the River Ratz. [1a]
A strong swimmer, he is descended from a breed of goblins called the Troglagobs. [1c]
History
He attacked the Sea Hawk a barge commanded by Grim Grunnson but although he gouged out the Dwarf's eye he lost his hand and had to retreat. [1b]
On the river Sol, he launched an attack on another river barge carrying Josef Bugman and captained by his old enemy, Grim Grunson. He choose a narrow part of the river where the barge had to travel slowly to navigate to spring his waterborne ambush. [1a]
