Pakh-amn
Pakh-amn was the Master of Horse to Akhmen-Hotep, king of Ka-Sabar. [1a]

His long black hair was coiled and oiled, his armour ornamented with gold lozenges. [1a]
History
Pakh-amn was one of the wealthiest men of Ka-Sabar. [1a]
He was one of the kings two generals at the Battle of Oasis of Zedri with Suseb in -1750 IC. [1a] He spoke against Nebunefer who had proposed a daring but dangerous plan for the army of Ka-Sabar to attack Bel-Aliad on the other side of the Great Desert to draw attention from the armies of Lybaras and Rasetra who marching to reinforce Quatar. The king was shamed and smote him on the side of the head, banishing him from his presence. [1b]
Despite this, he accompanied the kings army as Master of Horse when it marched across the Great Desert to attack Bel-Aliad [1b] and survived long into the bitter retreat from the rising dead. [1c] As the few survivors rose against the king and his Ushabti, he went to save him with several nobles, but Akhmen-Hotep had been told by Memnet that Pakh-amn was actually seeking to kill him. The king and his bodyguards attacked and mortally wounded him, but in turn Akhmen-Hotep was stabbed in the back by the Grand Hierophant. [1d]
