King Pharakh ruled of the city of Khemri at one point.[1]

He is credited with the building of the Canal of Abundance. Ten thousand people laboured for ten years, and the land prospered. His pyramid within the Necropolis of Khemri was great indeed.[1]

He was followed by King Rakaph III.[1]
