King Alkhazzar I was a king of Khemri, creating the sixth dynasty.[1]
It is said that he was the general to King Setep of the previous dynasty. He was made heir to the throne and so he ascended to kingship. He created a massive force of chariots and subjugated Numas, the very same chariots used years later by King Alcadizaar to fight Nagash.[1]
He was followed by King Alkhazzar II.[1]
