Khesek followed on from Zakash as the next most important pre-Settra king.[1]
It is said that he subjugated the desert dwellers near his people and then founded the great city of Numas. This shows Numas to be the second oldest city in Nehekhara. He was a great leader of his time and his people lived without fear of raiding.[1]
