King Alkhazzar II followed on from King Alkhazzar I. He was a king of Khemri in the sixth dynasty.^[1]

It is said that he marched against Zandri and made the desert dwellers fear the might of Khemri.^[1]

He was followed by King Alkharad.^[1]
