King Utep of the First Dynasty of the Tomb Kings of Khemri and ruled the land of Nehekhara. The previous ruler, Ahtaf II, was famed with building a fleet of ships, an easily identified example of Nehekhara power.[1]
King Utep himself is not particularly famous for anything, but that the priests during his reign learned great magic and to control the ageing process. From that moment on Utep's priests did not die and continue in life the same now as they were two thousand years ago.[1]
King Utep's successor was named King Wakhaf.[1]
