Silverblade relied on his lover Cassandra to give orders to the other Sorceresses but on her death, Alexandra succeeded her. When his scouts failed to find the fugitive Everqueen, he called upon her to search via sorcery, reluctantly she agreed when he outlined that his failure would be shared with his subordinates when she reported to Malekith.[1a]
Alexandra and her sister witches summoned daemons to possess varied birds which she then dispatched in search of Tyrion and the Everqueen.[1a]
