The Knights of Burning Dark are the household knights of Malus Darkblade.^[1a]

Lacking in breeding and sophistication, they were formidable warriors most of whom had fought across both Naggaroth and Ulthuan, Many were purchased from noble families fallen on hard times but all were handsomely rewarded by Darkblade.^[1a]
