Bougars de Biaucaire
Bougars de Biaucaire is a Knight of the Realm of Mousillon in Bretonnia.[1a]
He is a descendant of Duke Merovech, is the knight of the tower at Biaucaire and has a terrible reputation as a monstrous knight who eats children raw and spears innocents in their bed. The reality is more mundane but still horrible as Bourgars is both a degenerate and a cannibal but also still a liege lord to the local peasants. [1a]
Appearance
A large, ruddy faced brute clad in heavy armour that almost seems to small fro his mighty bulk. [1a]
Heraldry
A set of white scales on a field of red and blue. [1b]
Lord
He lives alone and creates contradictory and confusing laws, enforced by a small gang of criminals and psychopaths that serve him in exchange for a measure of power. Bougars is perhaps the the only living man who considers his ancestor as a great and noble man [1a] and he will fly into a rage should anyone insult his memory. [1b]
