Pierre d'Antoch
Pierre d'Antoch was a Bretonnian Knight Errant who became Grandmaster of the Knights of Antoch. [1a][1b]
History
He was part of an doomed expedition to Lustria which looted the ruined city of Huatl but when the Lizardmen struck back were forced to flee the jungle, most being killed. Pierre himself led a small contingent of knights back to the ships and were the only one of noble blood to survive. [1a]
Pierre and his retinue aboard the Galleon Jean De Florette made their way to Antoch knowing that their failure and the subsequent mutiny of the fleet would mean that they were dishonoured. At the former Crusader city he hoped they could regain his position and honour. [1b]
Over the subsequent years he rose to become Lord of the city and Grandmaster of the Knights of Antoch. [1b]
Staff of Jade
Pierre managed to keep one treasure - the Staff of Jade which he had looted from Huatl and this became a heirloom of the city. [1b]
