A Death Head is a powerful magical missile weapon. [1]
They are created from the skull of a former mortal worshiper of Nurgle with the more powerful the servant, the more powerful the artefact. Skulls of the champions of other gods are also used, such as that of Doras Varn, the most handsome of the champions of Slaanesh. [1]
Plague Drone's sometimes use these against their enemies. [2]
Creation
Wax mixed with blood covers the skull to make it watertight before pus drawn from a Great Unclean One is poured into the brain cavity which is then sealed with more wax. [1]
Powers
A Death Head's when thrown will burst and spray its noxious contents over enemies, infecting them with Nurgle's Rot. [1]
