Sog'Kog is an infamous Chaos Troll. [1a]

A monster which has become notorious for his unthinking ferocity and grave depredations. [1a]

History

As a normal Troll he inhabited the Forest of Shadows before coming to the attention of Vorl, a rogue Gold Wizard who had previously served the court of Baron von Wolder. He erected a stone tower deep in the forest and gathered a retinue of Beastmen and other horrors to his side, and amongst them was the Common Troll Sog. [1a]

However, Sog, like all Trolls, was uncontrollable when hungry and so one day he smashed the tower’s thick wooden door from its iron hinges and devoured Vorl! The Troll then decided to make a nest from books and cast-off robes before greedily consuming the contents of the various arcane containers and vials filled with bubbling liquids without pause.[1a]

During the night he was wracked with pan as his flesh bubbled, erupting into tendrils and mouths that consumed one another over and over. As it did so, a voice grew louder and louder in his head, mimicking his thoughts as it fought its way to the surface. When he awoke the next day, a new head had burst from his chest which called itself Kog, which embodied the most vicious and violent aspects of its host. Kog gained dominance, giving rise to Sog’Kog, the Chaos Troll. [1a]

The new being headed north and although it avoided the major towns of Kislev and Ostland, it left a trail of destruction through the countryside. Finally it arrived in Troll Country where it still lives, but each winter it heads south in search of prey. [1a]
