Orrey Singebeard

Orrey Singebeard was a mad Dwarf Runesmith who forged the Red Axe of Karak Eight Peaks.[1]
He created the weapon the then ruined hold, cooled in the poisoned wells and marked with unique runes of vengeance. [1]
