Kadrin Redmane

The Kadrin Redmane was a Dwarf Runesmith who reclaimed part of Karak Varn. [1a]
History
In -1185 IC [2a] Redmane led an army to the lost hold of Karak Varn and cleared it of Skaven allowing mining to start again there. [1a]
Kadrin was ambushed and killed by Orcs at Black Water in -1136 IC [2a] whilst taking ore to the High King. He flung his runehammer into the depths of the lake to prevent it being taken by the greenskins and since then many expeditions have sought to recover it. [1a]
