The Leatherhawk is a large experimental Dwarf Airship being built by Grandin Air-Talker. [1a]
Grandin hopes that it will be able to transport cargo and passengers over large distances much faster than river barges or caravans. However he has already spent forty-five years attempting to finish it [1a] and his backers are threatening to withdraw their funding. [1b]
