Sleekfur
Sleekfur is a Skaven Warlord who in 2513 IC was ordered to create havoc in the Grey Mountains. [1a]
History
In 2513 IC, he proffered his services to the Council of Thirteen with a shameless display of gratitude that involved prostration, the offering of slaves and huge amounts of genuflection. Tasked with raiding the Grey Mountains, he was promised assistance from certain of the Greater Clans as well as great rewards and Clan privileges upon his return. He would also be accompanied by the Grey Seer, Lord Greysore. [1a]
Sleekfur gathered his army, headed through underway towards the Black Chasm where they were joined by the ranksome figure of Festerlung, a Plague Priest and his filthy followers. The orders of the Council had been to destroy any sizeable settlements that he found, creating enough fear and terror to draw out the armies of the manthings. [1a]
The towns of Lorel and Rachenburg were swiftly razed to the ground, as was the aged keep of Parone, the loot train of Warlord Sleekfur growing all the time and soon he planning his return to Skavenblight. Sleekfur announced to the leaders of his clawpacks he planned to return, but Lord Greysore warned him against it. As they argued, a shadowy figure emerged from the darkly robed Skaven of the Night Runners, the legendary Deathmaster Snikch who offered to stay just as long as Greysore would like. [1a]
Next day, his scouts reported that a large Man-thing army was approaching, many mounted on horses and wearing plenty of metal clothes they were approaching quick-quick. Lord Greysore issued a final set of orders. Fight-fight the Man-things. Kill their general we shall. Make him dead and much riches and slaves will be yours, Sleekfur examined his army, the towering war machines and fierce clawpacks and squeaked for the advance. [1a]
