History
End Times
In 2523 IC, he visited Lord Skrolk who he had been watching plan the initial assaults on the cities of the Lizardmen and warned him that the Serpent god was moving against him and he would be defeated. Skrolk - who had not rested for three weeks and was relying on warp-stims was unsure if the visitation was real or not. [1a]
Later after the armies of Pestilens were shattered, he aided Skrolk in bringing order to the survivors and setting them and the newly arrived reinforcements to work. When Skrolk asked him about preparing the next stage of their plans, he replied: My plan.... yes-yes. Leave the Council for me..... [1b]
In 2525 IC he and Skrolk met with Skreech Verminking and the Grey Seer Thanquol who ordered them to attack and hold the great Lizard-thing city in order to prevent the Slann from interfering with the ritual that would soon be held in Skavenblight. [1c]
Powers
He is surrounded by a pestilent aura that can cause an epidemic, his mere gaze can wither a healthy body and he can summon a plague storm that can cause a host of foes to waste away. [1d]
