Black 13
The Black 13 are some of the top assassins of Clan Eshin.[1]
For most they are nothing more than a whispered legend but in truth only two in the clan are above them - the Nightlord and his Deathmaster. The Black 13 had never failed in their duty - until the End Times.[1]

In 2525/6 IC they were dispatched to Lustria to aid Clan Pestilens in their war against the Lizardmen - there they were equipped with potent charms, shadow-makers, spellshedders and unplacers as well as weapons blessed by Lord Skrolk and Vermalanx. One of their number assigned to kill Lord Mazdamundi but despite his training, Warpstone Charms, talismans and hyper-stimulants provided by Clan Moulder, he was unable to escape the scrutiny of Oxyotl who killed him. Locations
They initially train in the Caverns of Unyielding Shadow beneath Skavenblight.[1]
