Ambull

Ambulls are burrowing carnivores from another world and time. [1b]
Appearance
Large, barrel-chested beasts that often adopt an ape-like stance as they move—both their arms and legs terminate in huge, iron-hard claws that they use to tunnel through the ground, even solid stone. [1c]
Habitat
On their homeworld they live in family groups and create vast tunnel systems that shelter them from the harsh star. [1c]
History
Several have appeared in the tunnels of the mine near the village of Karstenberg in the Empire [1a] due to a magical item inadvertently activating a warp gate to the world of Luther McIntyre IX in the future. [1b]
