Appearance
Adult Orb Leviathans can reach 45 yards in length and are swathed in a layer of fatty blubber. They are pale in colour and have a large luminous lure growing from a long tendril. [1a]
Behavior
Orb Leviathans are slow and ungainly creature with a slow metabolism. They hunt passively, by waving their lures back and forth in front of their mouths to attract prey towards themselves.[1a]
Orb Leviathans are highly resistant to intense cold. They live mainly in the depths of cold oceans, but have been sighted in the Sea of Claws during cold winters.[1a]
Notable
- Skabrus: It lured and devoured a Clan Skurvy pirate fleet but the ratmen devoured it from within and then both were re-animated by Count Noctilus. Now it serves Skretch Half-Dead. [2a]
