Dark Pegasus

The Dark Pegasus are feral and dangerous flying creatures from the Chaos Wastes. [1a]

They emerge from the wastes to make nests in the Iron Mountains [1a]

Dark Elves

The Dark Elves then steal the young to be trained as mounts - fully grown Dark Pegasus are far to savage to be broken, and they are highly favoured as steeds for the Sorceresses of the Dark Convent of Ghrond, with even Morathi riding one to battle. [1a]

Guardians of the Underworld

Nethu, the Keeper of the Last Door is aided by a host of Dark Pegasi, who watch unblinkingly from the battlements of his dark fortress, easily mistaken for statuary by the unwary. When roused, none are safe, for their shadowy maws consume soul-stuff as easily as mortal flesh. [2a]

Weapons

They use the horn on their forehead to impale prey which they dive upon. [1a]
