Storm Riders are Skeleton Charioteers from the time of Sigmar that can be summoned by Necromancers. [1a]

History
Uathach was a warlord of the Teutogens who commanded chariots in the army of Sigmar. [1a]
Unlike his lord, he became increasingly hostile towards the Dwarfs and repeatedly suggested that they be attacked much to the anger of Sigmar. Finally he attacked a Dwarf force, riding into camp with the head of Stronnomir impaled on his spear calling upon Sigmar to join him in attacking the Dawi. [1a]
Sigmar was enraged and he and his champions slaughtered Uathach and his charioteers and he cursed them to flee from eternity from his lightning bolts. Since that day they have been chased through stormclouds, tortured by the curse and searching for war. [1b]
Summoning the Storm Riders
A skull marked in blood with the runes of lightning and thunder and powdered bone from a warrior slain by a follower of Uathach must be used to summon the riders. They will continue to fight until the rune-skull has been reduced to power. [1b]
Weapons and Equipment
- Hand Weapon, Scythed Wheels, Scythe (Double Handed Weapon) or Spear, May have Light Armour. [1b]
