Appearance
A slender woman with very pale skin which she usually offsets with brightly coloured clothing. [1c]
History
Gugula gained wealth and a positive reputation by a treating the nobility of the city as well as being a patron of the arts. Despite this she was also well known for not mixing in society except for a few art events each year. [1b]
She came to the attention of a Clan Eshin agent of the Grey Seer Asorak Steeleye and subsequently Steeleye delegated agents to supply her with what she needed including fresh corpses and even a copy of the Liber Mortis by Van Hel. [1a]
