Embalmed Ones are the undead bondsmen of ancient Wight Kings in the Old World. [1b]
History
The ancient kings burned their slaves to that their essence would continue to serve them after death but their most loyal bondsmen were embalmed. Although far more primitive than the techniques used in Nehekhara the corpses endured the millenia in good condition but are now highly flamable. [1b]
In 2497 IC the Lichemaster, Heinrich Kemmler animated Barrow Kings and their servants in Athel Loren, including Embalmed Ones which resulted in the Battle of the Cairns. [1a]
