Magma Dragons are vicious primordial creatures, reclusive and malignant - more so than any other Dragon. [1]
Appearance
Magma Dragons are squat in build, with heavily armoured with bodies that radiate heat and powerful obsidian claws that can split stone. [1]
Ecology
Magma Dragons prefer to hunt large beasts such as the Chimera and Manticore but they will also hunt smaller creatures, such as Elves and Men, at need. [1]
Magma Dragons are sedentary beings, and only leave their lairs to hunt. They venture further out only during storms of magic or when called and bound by wizards. [1]
Habitat
They dwell in the volcanic lands of the Blackspine Mountains and the Dark Lands. [1]
