Murnau was a Strigoi Ghoul King who attacked Ulrika Magdova, her mistress Gabriella von Nachthafen and others of the Sisterhood in Nuln.

History

Murnau was a deformed strigoi who was tortured in the past.

He was later manipulated by the Von Carstein agent and general, Count Grigor von Messinghof into attacking vampires of Lahmian Sisterhood in Nuln, whispering into the deranged strigoi's ear tales of their torture of him. Messinghofs ultimate motive being to pave the way for a Von Carstein invasion of the empire by destroying the Lahmian presence and assasinating the incumbent emperor Karl Franz. Murnau and his warlock companion managed to kill 2 of the 5 Lahmians present in Nuln, Lady Dagmar and Lady Alfina.
