The Eye of Skraw is a powerful Skaven Warpstone Charm. [1]
History
It was first used by the Grey Seer Skraw who replaced his right eye with the magical item. When the Seer was killed during an attack on Wissenburg, the Warlock Engineer Klawmunkast extracted it and put it in his own left eye socket, his eye previously being lost in a lab explosion. [1]
Powers
The Eye is able to unleash a bolt of Warp-lightning. [1]
