Opening the arc will will bring down the wrath of the Horned Rat on a foe and cause devestation on all. [1a]
History
In 2491 IC, Bagrian infiltrated Skavenblight and stole the Black Arc, returning to study it in his monastery at La Maisontaal. The Grey Seer Gnawdoom is dispatched to recover it and makes a short lived alliance with the Lichemaster Heinrich Kemmler to attack the monastery, [1b] killing Bagrian and retreiving the arc. [2a]
