Hallar is the High Elf Captain of the Swordmasters of Hoeth. [1][2]
The most famous swordsman on Ulthuan, he is also a friendly rival of the High Mage-Prince of Saphery, Irion. [1][2]
History
Hallar trained Tyrion in the art of the sword and who appreciated his sardonic humour. [1][2]
He accompanied Tyrion and Irion as part of force that sought to drive a horde of Daemons and Dark Elves from the Blighted Isle. [1][2]
