D'roi Haisplinn
D'roi Haisplinn was captain of the Lothern City Guard. [1]
He is a neurotic, homicidal maniac often seen pacing the battlements of the great lighthouse of Lothern but he is greatly respected by his men including the champion, Lahaven Ramjewel respect him. [1]
D'roi has many unusual habits such as bathing in cauldrons of steaming goat offal, eating small toads in public, spitting on sleeping halflings and shouting abuse at travelers. [1]
History
Many High Elves are despise work which explains why eccentric characters like Haisplinn take important or responsible positions - in this case Captain of the Guard. The position involves dealing with the various visitors and traders that enter the city and hence maintaining order is not at all easy. [1]
He destroyed the Halfling House Inn after being enraged by the fact that Halflings are short, ugly and have very poor dress sense. [1]
Weapons and Equipment
He wears the colours of his family, a tall red crested helmet, a embroidered purple tunic and gilded metal breastplate and equipment. [1]
