Alatar
Alatar, the Prince of Shadows is a Shadow Warrior of Ulthuan. [1a]
He is said to be a relative or descendant of Alith Anar, he has quickly gained a formidable reputation for stealth and being fleet footed - even amongst the Shadow Warriors. [1c]
Alatar is extremely agile in close combat, dodging with ease the blows of enemy opponents. [1c]
History
At a camp in the Hills of Adran, he was attacked by a force led by the Assassin Caldeth the Black who was anxious to match his skills against Alatar. Luckily he had be warned just in time by the Great Eagle Khaltar and quickly rallied his warriors to face the Dark Elves. [1a]
Alatar killed many of the attackers with his bow but the arrival of a mob of Witch Elves spelled defeat as they cut down many of his warriors, forcing him to call for the survivors to scatter into the night. They would gather again to launch vengeance fuelled attacks on the Dark Elf supply line. [1b]
