Mianderin
Mianderin was the High Priest of Asuryan during the reign of the Phoenix King Bel Shanaar and into the Sundering. [1a]

Appearance
An ageing Elf in yellow and blue robes with a golden staff tipped with a Phoenix. [1a]
History
He was present for the Council of Princes called by Bel Shannar and Malekith and when Malekith sought to enter the sacred flame warned him that as he had spilled blood in the sacred temple and had not had the proper enchantments to protect him he would not survive the fire. Malekith retorted that he was the son of Aenarion and needed no such protection. [1b]
Mianderin and his acolytes carried out the required incantations for the next Phoenix King, Imrik who proclaimed himself Caledor I and reminded the new ruler that he should travel to Avelorn to marry the Everqueen and together father an heiress to continue the sacred line. [2a]
