Valoriel

Lord Valoriel was a High Elf who led an expedition into Nehekhara.[1a]
History
Around 2400 IC he arrived at a ruined city on the edge of the desert that the local guides, before they deserted, claimed had not been entered for more than a thousand years. Valoriel sneered at their fears, desiring the treasures that lay within but the Tomb King Cavetta[1b] arose with his army to confront him. [1a]
The elf gathered his forces, sure that the shambling dead would be no match for his warriors [1a] however the battle proved the opposite and it was the head of Valoriel that decorated the spear of the Liche Priest as he flew above the battle field on his Zombie Dragon. [1c]
