Imrallion the Steadfast, the Steadfast, Captain of the Eagle Pass garrison was a High Elf of Ulthuan. [1a]
Family
His son, Yercion was in the front line of the spearmen in his final battle. [1a]
History
Imrallion had fought under Lord Melenar in the Lothern Sea Guard and was trusted and respected by those under his command. [1c]
His position in Eagle Pass was attacked by a substantial Dark Elf advance force, twice as large as his own command, he quickly realised that his force was doomed. Imrallion also knew that the longer they held out, the more chance the families of his warriors could escape and a warning could reach Lord Calaidan. [1a]
Imrallion formed his warriors into alternating blocks of archers and spearmen, with the arrows initially taking a heavy toll of the charging Witch Elves. Fighting in the front rank of the Lothern Sea Guard contingent whom he had fought with on many occassions, he was challenged by the Hag Queen Malida and as the dead piled up around them, he struck her a mortal blow. He lived long enough to kill four more Witch Elves before he was in turn cut down from behind. [1b]
A statue was later errected to his memory in the Hall of Heroes at the Shrine of Asuryan. [1b]
