Aeltherin

Aeltherin was an Elf Prince and the ruler of Eataine during the last decades of the reign of Phoenix King Bel Shanaar. [1a]
He was called the Hero of Mardal Vale and protector of Linthuin. [1b]
History
He created the first of the Dragonships for Morathi in the shipyards of Lothern. [1a]
Aeltherin killed himself during a raid by the Lothern Guard led by Captain Carathril, spilling hot coals onto his own robes and burning himself alive. [1b]
He was succeeded by Prince Haradrin. [1c]
