Appearance
A rune encrusted longsword, [1b] it has a black binding on its hilt. [1a]
History
It has been held by the ancestors of Eltharion for generations. [1b]
When Grom the Paunch invaded Ulthuan, the elderly Lord Moranion took up the Fangsword to confront him but he was knocked unconscious by the Warlord and taken captive. Following an escape attempt, he was slain by arrows but then appeared to his son Eltharion as a Ghost, asking him to seek revenge and leaving the heirloom blade with him. [1a]
Powers
Armour is very little protection against the sword so deep does it bite into armour and it guards against enemy attacks as well. [1b]
