Bel-Hathor was the tenth Phoenix King of the High Elves of Ulthuan. [1a]
He reigned from 1503 to 2162 IC and was considered wise and strong willed. [1a]
History
Bel-Hathor of Yvresse was a wizard Prince of Saphery. [1a]
Despite calls to invade Naggaroth he refused to do so but rather focussed his attention on other parts of the world. [1a]
In 1903 after numerous attempted raids by the Norse, he forbids humans to set foot on Ulthuan. [1a] [1b]
He dispatched Prince Finubar, Prince of Eataine in 2001 [1b] to the Old World to study the burgeoning human empires, and following his return and report some fifty years later, he opened up Lothern to trade with the humans. [1a]
Bel-Hathor would end his life peacefully. [1a]
