Geography
Great burning peaks rise up to form the mountain range, although many are now cooling whilst between them are fertile valleys teaming with animals - more than enough to feed the Dragons that live here.[1] The Dragons also hunt down any large monster that enters their territory, protecting the Elves that live there. [3a]
Locations
Many great fortresses were created here by the first Dragon Lords of the kingdom.[1]
- Vaul's Anvil, a great volcano and temple of Vaul where Truesteel harnesses were forged that allowed Caledor Dragontamer to bind the dragons to his will. The temple is located on a black island that rises out of the lava lake, the only access via a bridge of Truesteel. Here the blind smiths of the god still forge magical weapons and artifacts.[1]
