Maldiar
Maldiar was a High Elf Prince and lord of Athel Toralien before the Sundering.[1a]
History
He marched on a force of Savage Orcs and Goblins in the south of Elthin Arvan but as he approached them near the Laithenn River he encountered an army from the colony of Caledor under Prince Imrik. He told them to abandon their own attack as he alone had the right of conquest in these lands. Imrik confronted him on his Dragon and both armies would fight against the greenskins, but not together at the Battle of the Laithenn River. [1a]
Following the battle Imrik told him to take the lands west of the river, whilst Caledor claimed those east, which only angered Maldiar more. However he agreed to the terms with the caveat that Prince Malekith would take them back when he returned. [1b]
Weapons and Equipment
He wore gold and silver armour inlaid with rubies and rode a Griffon. [1a]
