Tor Achare
Tor Achare is the capital city of the High Elf kingdom of Chrace. [1a]
A lynchpin of Ulthuans defences and a vital part of the Waystone network. [2a]
It is dominated by vast statues of Aenarion and Caledor the Great, but many sculptures of famous generals also grace its courtyards. [2a]

History
The city was founded shortly after the death of Aenarion and little has changed since. [2a]
In 2303 IC the victorious armies of Tyrion and Finubar met here having defeated the Dark Elves and their Chaotic allies. [1a]
End Times
As the End Times began, many of the people of the city were haunted by nightmares populated by Daemons and many never awoke, their souls stolen.[3a] After magic had flowed down from the Annulii mountains, the city was besieged by screeching hordes[3b] and by the end of 2524 IC it was a blasted ruin.[4]
Military
A permanent garrison of twenty thousand elves defends the city, constantly training to repel any invaders.[2a]
