It is a huge piece of jade carved in the shape of a griffon and which is worn by the Grand Theogonist when he goes to war. [1a]

History
It was created on the orders of Magnus the Pious after he became Emperor and served as the emblem of his dynasty. [1a]
Powers
It draws magical power from the War Altar of Sigmar and as long as the wearer is not slain outright by a wound, that injury will be healed by the Griffon. [1a]
