Johann Esmer was Grand Theogonist of the Cult of Sigmar. He rose to prominence during the Storm of Chaos and was known for being morally corrupt and enjoying his position more than he embraced its responsibilities. He was later forced by the Arch-Lectors to resign his office, handing it back to the renowned Volkmar the Grim. He later fled to Marienburg.
