Luigi Belladonna

Luigi Belladonna is a Tilean crime lord who runs the largest protection racket in Kemperbad. [1]
Although a crime lord, he also spends vast sums on the poor, supporting alms-houses and soup-kitchens. He is almost always accompanied by two hulking bodyguards. [1]
Appearance
He is overweight but dresses in the finest silks with his podgy fingers festooned with gold and diamond rings. [1]
