Storm of Chaos
After Helmut Feuerbach led a large contingent of his army to the aid of Karl Franz and went missing in action towards the end of the conflict, Elise took control in his abscence. She replaced many of the ruling elite with trusted and capable individuals and became much adored by the common folk. [1a]
