Tobias Helmgart is a author, diplomat and advisor to the Elector Count of Wissenland. [1]
He wrote Blood on the Reik: A Journey through the Old World in 2515 IC (Imperial Calendar) when he was old and suffering from an illness having travelled the length and bredth of the Empire and beyond in his active years. it was then published by Wissenburg Press in the same year. [1a]
