History
As a wandering friar, in 69 IC he arrived to Reikdorf having seen a vision of Sigmar ascending to Godhood, quickly gathering an audience as the people were hungry for tales of their lost Emperor. [2a][6]
He preached that as Sigmar was now divine, his laws were holy and his Elector Counts had divine authority which was well received by the powerful. He further proclaimed that the Emperor was the representative of the divine and should be obeyed in all things. [2a]
In 73 IC he built the first Temple to Sigmar in Reikdorf and became the first High Priest of Sigmar, a position later known as the Grand Theogonist. [2a][3b][5][6]
Vision
He saw Ulric, surrounded by other gods standing with a gold crown in his hands as before him knelt Sigmar. Ulric placed the crown on his head, confirming his ascension to godhood. [2a]
Notes
His last name is alternatively spelled Helstrum. [6] Sturm is the correct German translation for word storm. It might be a mistake made by the writers.
