History
After a vist to the Sunken Vaults of the Dwarf Engineers in the World's Edge Mountains he developed the concept of the Hellhammer warship. Taking a massive siege cannon that had proved to heavy to effectively transport, he determined that it could sit atop a strudy Imperial War Galley. [1a]
Although trials did destroy several ships due to its brutal recoil, the Emperor was impressed enough to commission a dozen squadrons for the fleet. [1a]

He has a lofty tower on the outskirts of Middenheim. [1a]
