Niav is the Hierarch of the Cult of Taal in the early 2500s IC.[1]
He is married to Katrinelya, the Heirarch of the Cult of Rhya and they live in the wilds of western Talabecland. [1]
Appearance
He has lively eyes which betray great wisdom and when he does speak, his voice carries authority and conviction, inspired by the god. [1]
