Oldenlitz

Oldenlitz is a small mining town in Nordland in the Empire. [1a]
It is located south-west of Salzenmund on an island in Lake Damenlaub with a causeway stretching from the lake shore to the gatehouse which is wide enough for two wagons to pass. [1a]
It arose as a settlement at the centre of a cluster of silver mines. [1a]
The population is just over 200 in 2512 IC. [1b]

Although the silver industry dominates the town there is also a brisk trade in wool as well as root vegetables, especially turnips![1a]
